Dr. Ken Blanchard is one of the most influential leadership experts in the world. He’s the co-author of the iconic best seller, The One-Minute Manager and more than 60 other books with combined sales of more than 21 million copies translated into 42 languages.

In 2005, he was inducted into Amazon.com’s hall of fame as 1 of the top 25 best-selling authors of all time. He is co-founder, with his wife Margie, of the Ken Blanchard Companies, an international management consulting and training firm. The University of San Diego’s Master’s in Executive Leadership program came together through the vision of Ken Blanchard and his partnership with USD delivers new levels of leadership that we so desperately need.
